This product is from our own brand, “GLENN.” The violet flower is made using “shakudo,” one of the “irogane” (colored metals) techniques of traditional Japanese metalworking.
Shakudo is an alloy of copper and gold, and by applying a finishing method called “niiro,” this alloy becomes a beautiful black color.
Among the various types of shakudo, we used one called “karasugane,” which has a high gold content, to create a lustrous blackish-purple color.
