The Act of Making

To make something is, in a broader sense, synonymous with thinking.
It is only when we move our hands and make things that our thought embodies physical form, freed from pure abstraction.
This constitutes the very root of human freedom.

Natural Rhythm – Fluctuation

Like all of nature, the human body possesses an inherent natural rhythm—a subtle fluctuation known as Yuragi.

To embody this physical nature is the exact opposite of mechanical precision, or the abstract accuracy of something made strictly by a manual without passing through the chaos of human thought.

This is not mere vagueness; it is warmth, an impulse that invites touch, and the vibrant pulse of living blood.

The Beautiful

Since time immemorial, the space in which we live has contained the earth, the sea, and the sky. They nurture life and teach us the forms and colors of all living things. This is a continuous human endeavor that repeats itself, no matter how civilization changes. Using what we call “nature” as the measure of our senses, human beings naturally seek the beautiful—things that comfort us, inspire us, and lead us to higher planes.

Through these acts of Thinking and Making, we continue to walk toward the place where humanity truly belongs.
