This product is from our own brand, “GLENN.” It depicts a camellia flower using Shibuichi and Hidō, traditional Japanese metalworking techniques.
The olive-green leaves are made of Shibuichi with a boiled color finish. While a normal boiled color finish would result in gray, a special process has been used to create these beautiful leaves. The camellia flower is made of pure copper dipped in borax, resulting in Hidō, which has a deep red color. This is not lacquer or paint.
